General Information
Reminder to American History students: Bring $8.00 to eat a Diamond’s Buffet on Monday, March 15th when we go to Springfield on our field trip. Bring a sack lunch if you do not want to eat at the restaurant.
Tickets are still available for "Bye Bye Birdie". You may purchase them from Mrs. Reinwald before or after school. Remember they are reserved seats so the sooner you purchase the better selection you will have.
Reminder to anyone going to Prom: Seno Formal Wear gift cards are in the high school office. Limited supply, so get them while they’re still in stock.
Pawnee Youth Baseball/Softball Association would like to hire concession stand workers for the coming season. Please get a letter of interest to Mr. C. Hennemann by Friday, March 19th to apply.
The Pawnee Sports Boosters are selling chances for two (2) rooftop tickets to the April 30th Chicago Cubs game against the Arizona Diamondbacks. Game time is 1:20 pm. Food and Beverages during the game are included. A winner will be drawn on Monday, April 12th at the monthly Sports Boosters meeting. Each chance is $5.00. Please contact Shelly Craigmiles (625-3961) to purchase raffle tickets. All proceeds go to Boosters for the benefit of Pawnee CUSD Athletic Programs.

Seniors:
Josten’s will be here today to pass out senior t-shirts and other ordered items. They will be located in senior hallway during homeroom and lunch.
The Pawnee Masonic Lodge scholarship is now available. Deadline is April 1, 2010. Applications are available in Mrs. Dragoo's office.
The following students still need to turn in pictures for the senior video: Danielle Bolsen, Brenna Casson, Brandon Eby, Dalton Featherston, Dalton Fry, Garrett Mohn, Sammy Jo Reardon, Corey Reynolds, and Cody Sunderland. If pictures are not turned in by March 12th, you will not be in the video.
The Tyrian Masonic Lodge College Scholarship applications are now available. The program awards $1000 scholarships to qualified graduates. Primary selection is based on financial need and is renewable on an annual basis. See Mrs. Dragoo for applications.
Balanced Man Scholarship is now available. Must be a male student attending the University of Illinois in the fall. These scholarships are being offered to students who have excelled in the areas of scholarship, leadership, athletics and community service during their high school careers. Deadline to apply is April 23, 2010.
Juniors:
Turn in all pasta dinner tickets and money to Mrs. Doglio ASAP.
Freshmen:
Turn in your fundraiser sheets to Mrs. Harris.
Extra-Curricular Activities:
"Bye Bye Birdie" rehearsal tonight - FULL CAST - Full show with make-up, hair, costumes, mics, lights, and pit orchestra. Be ready to open curtain at 7!!

General Information:
Reminder to Jr Beta members: Meeting Monday, March 15th at 7:00 p.m. in the cafeteria.
Permission slips are on the counter in the high school office for the fan bus going to Heyworth for the JH State Volleyball Finals. They must be turned in to the office by 3:15 p.m. today. The bus is for 6th, 7th, and 8th grade only and will leave at 9:15 a.m.
7th/8th Grade Students: We will be having a special memorial page for Jimmy Brooks in the yearbook. Any student that would like to submit possible photos for the page should turn the pictures into Mrs. Copp no later than Friday, March 12th. The pictures will be returned to you.
